After showing a close friend our new extension and kitchen design that my husband and I had been working on for 9 months, she simply said, 'I'll send you to Diane Berry, I think she can do better!' As soon as we stepped into the showroom, the process began. We were welcomed, encouraged to browse, ask questions, and explain all the requirements of our new dream kitchen extension. The whole Diane Berry team were extremely professional and as my friend suspected within a week Diane had come up with a perfect design for the whole extension, that we couldn't believe we hadn't thought of. Once our budget had been decided, the design was made achievable, work began and the whole experience was painless, even enjoyable. Communication with ourselves, our builders, other tradesmen was excellent, friendly and always helpful. The fitters worked to an extremely high standard, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were precise and efficient. Our kitchen installation was finished on time and was better than we had imagined, we were so delighted.....just in time for the Christmas festivities.
That was in 2012, and our kitchen still continues to be the hub of the house and delivers the same pleasure and excitement as the day it was completed. We absolutely love it, wouldn't change a thing and would highly recommend Diane Berry kitchens to anyone. A very impressive, personal service that continues long after the work is finished. Diane & her team designed a new kitchen layout that was more practical, more spacious & allowed more light to flow in from the lounge through new glass sliding doors.

The kitchen layout was totally transformed, looked stunning & had the ' wow factor' we wanted.

During the installation nothing was too much trouble & all Diane's team were reliable, professional, & efficient.

Thank you for your letter and email. I am very sorry that it has taken so long to reply. Since the kitchen has been finished we have been busy decorating the rest of the house and taking a few short holidays.

It was absolutely fantastic to receive a copy of “Lancashire Life” last week and to see our kitchen featured. This was the icing on the cake for our friends who said our kitchen was like something you would see in a magazine. Now it really is!

We would thoroughly recommend Diane Berry Kitchens to anyone who is about to embark on a new kitchen project. Before coming to Diane Berry, we had been to a number of kitchen companies but they all seem to be average, run of the mill kitchens. None of them seemed to have a wow factor that would significantly upgrade a cooking area into a central social hub of the house.

From the initial design work to the finished kitchen the whole Diane Berry team was a professional joy to work with. Nothing that we asked for was too much trouble. Some of our tradesmen said that the working drawings that Diane provided were the clearest and best that they had ever worked from. This enabled them to complete their work with absolutely no problems. Ensuring a smooth and hassle free environment for us while they progressed to the finished kitchen.

As a practical working kitchen, Diane’s design is a harmonious bliss to work in. From fridge to hob, cupboard to oven, sink to dishwasher, everything is just in the right place to make the whole experience of preparing a family meal an experience to savour. Incorporating a utility room into the available space was sheer genius on Diane’s part as it eliminates the washday untidiness from the cooking/social area that our kitchen has become. No need to scurry off to other rooms if friends arrive unexpectedly.

All in all we would thoroughly recommend Diane Berry Kitchens to anyone on the lookout for a kitchen that is beyond the average. A kitchen that would add more than value for money to any house.

When we decided to get our kitchen redesigned, we were recommend two different companies. Upon having an initial meeting with Diane, I knew Diane Berry Kitchens would be the one we’d go with; I was right! From the very first meeting I had with Diane, I was so impressed. It is incredibly rare you happen upon somebody who knows their stuff like this lady does and I really enjoyed spending time with her, working to get the space just right for us. Diane really took the time to get to know us and how we lived, what we wanted from the kitchen both now and in the future, to make sure it stood the test of time.
The designs Diane came back with blew us away, she’d reworked the space in a much better way than we imagined possible. Diane’s enthusiasm, knowledge, dedication and passion is clearly the driving force in, what has to be, one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with. The kitchen fitter was incredible too. I never thought I’d be sad to see a work man leave, but I was. He was a real pleasure to have in the house; his work was meticulous and he left the space immaculate every day.
All the staff at Diane Berry Kitchens have been a pleasure to deal with and so efficient. Needless to say, I was thrilled with the end result and have recommended Diane to many of my friends and family.
