 I can't recommend Diane and her team highly enough. From initial discussions where we felt at ease to discuss characteristics and ideas thoughts and design points of what we thought wanted to trusting Diane to allow her to put in that extra creativity to bring the whole design to fruition. Always responsive, happy to explore ideas and change according to the decisions made it becomes an easy going exchange of ideas and ultimately the kitchen that you had always hoped for.

Installation is always done to exacting standards with a team of experienced installers and Diane's focus on key suppliers means that the price of the kitchen is competitive against industry peers.
Diane has now done kitchens in our previous house and our new one ... which pretty much sums up my recommendation... brilliant and trusted.

 Working with Diane was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Firstly a fantastic design service and selection of options where she really listened to what our needs where, was not pushy at all, gave us time to decide on the design (and amend a few times!) through multiple consultations to get it just as we wanted it. Through an extensive two and a half year full gut and restore project we had multiple delays but this was no problem for Diane who held everything until we were ready. They then managed to fit the kitchen safely during the challenges of Covid, with fantastic attention to detail, an outstanding level of finish and customer service. We absolute love the kitchen which is everything we could have wanted thanks to Diane and her team. It also has to be said that over and above an amazing kitchen some of Diane's suggestions for the rest of the house really improved our entire build! Diane and her team were always helpful with queries both during the process and since the installation. This was by far the most stress free part of our Project. Thanks Diane and team!

 We were recommended by our architect to contact Diane. I had some ideas and plans for our open plan kitchen , we spent time with her going through our ideas . I was hugely impressed when she came back with a unique design that surpassed my expectations. The design attention to detail and unique finishes have give us a high end product that we feel is for value for money. We were also impressed with her team that worked with our builders , fitting of the kitchen and customer service. there is an attention to detail throughout the company that is reflected in the impressive new show room. I have no hesitation in recommending Diane and her team who delivered a fantastic kitchen we enjoy everyday to the spec and timescales and in the midst of the Covid pandemic.

 From our first meeting with Diane Berry in her stunning showroom through to the last of the installation of our new kitchen, we have been blown away by the attention to detail of Diane, Martin and all the team at Diane Berry Kitchens.

They listened with patience and completely got everything that we were trying to achieve.
They always had great advice and ingenious ideas. Their input went far beyond the kitchen units and appliances. They advised on everything including the lighting, windows, doors, flooring décor etc. This made the whole process for us totally hassle free. Diane and her team went above and beyond to create our dream kitchen in a very short space of time. We definitely put them under a lot of pressure with having just four months to design and fit a brand new kitchen with us still living in the property. They were all fantastic - Diane and Victoria’s attention to detail, the fitters were punctual, polite and tidy, the office staff were always quick to get back to me with my many questions, even the after care has been great. Because we have an older home we were apprehensive about the amount of work required in replacing our kitchen. We wanted someone to take charge of the whole operation.We were also concerned because we considered our kitchen to be relatively small. However on our first meeting with Diane we were reassured on both counts.

We asked Diane to design a new kitchen for us, and were impressed by the plans and by the possibilities available to us.

From initial planning, through the building repairs, carried out with expertise by the builder recommended by Diane; and the kitchen fitted, with precision and skill  by Steven, Diane’s team were first class. The whole project was overseen and co-ordinated by Martin, we were kept well informed of the project’s progress and  importantly we had confidence that everything was being done to high standards. The result has exceeded our expectations.

We’re delighted with our new kitchen, and would thoroughly recommend the services of Diane Berry Kitchens.

Diane is a special, talented lady and her company is fantastic.
We went to 3 different companies when choosing the kitchen for our grade 2 listed Georgian house. Diane was the only person that actually listened to us and came up with the perfect design.
We love the hide away breakfast cupboard, fantastic storage drawers and beautiful quartz worktop.
Stephen, who fitted our kitchen, was amazing - a real craftsman who really cares about what he does.
There customer service is great - very responsive, although we have had very few issues because the quality of the kitchen is wonderful.
I can’t recommend Diane Berry kitchens highly enough.

The process from start to finish was well managed. Diane's design was far beyond our expectations, giving us not only a fantastic kitchen, but a much improved integrated living space. The deep knowledge of kitchens and design within the company was invaluable in giving practical and honest advice, with great attention to detail, throughout the process.
Diane Berry recommended builders with who they had worked before. The builders, designers and kitchen fitters had an excellent working relationship which made communication straightforward. At the heart of this was Martin, Diane Berry Kitchen's Construction Manager who coordinated the requirements of the builders and the kitchen installation.
At the planning stage Diane provided us with highly detailed plans of the kitchen including images and costs, which were accurately delivered within the expected time frame.

We have recently had our kitchen and utility room fitted by Diane Berry Kitchens. We undertook a massive refurbishment on a house that we purchased, so many things to sort out, where do you start? We decided to commission Diane Berry for the work, and we were delighted that we did as the kitchen is amazing and we cannot thank her and her team enough. Diane’s knowledge is second to none and we spent time with her as she got to know us and understanding how we lived so together we could build our perfect kitchen and utility room. She advised on layout and appliances which made the process so much more enjoyable. Her team are so helpful and approachable and just a phone call away, her fitters are also excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

My DB kitchen/utility room/dining room was installed at end of last year and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. The rooms are fabulous but the whole process was fantastic too. You have an amazing team and the contractors you use are excellent too. I’ve never ever experienced such a ‘can do’ attitude. Nothing was ever a problem or too much trouble. If I was unsure about something, alternatives were always suggested. The desire to get it right for your clients is really demonstrated.

What brings me to email you is the continued excellent service I received last Sunday from Martin Haggart. I had emailed him I the morning after a leak had been discovered the night before. I had asked him to come and have a look on Monday. But by the time he had made contact with me, he was already planning to come to house, with humidifier and bring Nick the plumber. I was in London for the day and when I got home that night, the room was tidied and water back on. And it wasn’t even a problem resulting from the kitchen work.

I can’t thank Martin enough. The ethos you have installed in your team is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Diane Berry looked after us from beginning to end of our kitchen project. It wasn't only her incredible, cutting edge knowledge, impeccable taste and expertise that impressed us, it was the care and personal approach she takes with all her customers.... She loves her job and it shows.
Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and all our friends and family agree. It also works, it is so well thought out and designed that it's a real pleasure to use, Diane has expert knowledge of all the latest appliances, there is so much on the market, she advised us on what to go for and we trust her opinion implicitly. 
She is extremely approachable and helpful, often liaising with our architect and builders directly, taking the pressure of my husband and I, allowing us to concentrate on other aspects of the build. 
We saw various, local kitchen companies in our area but none of them offered the level of service, design quality, professionalism and attention to detail that Diane and her team offer. I really can't recommend her highly enough. We are absolutely delighted. Kitchen design doesn't come more pleasurable than this.
