My DB kitchen/utility room/dining room was installed at
end of last year and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. The rooms
are fabulous but the whole process was fantastic too. You have an amazing team
and the contractors you use are excellent too. I’ve never ever experienced such
a ‘can do’ attitude. Nothing was ever a problem or too much trouble. If I was
unsure about something, alternatives were always suggested. The desire to get
it right for your clients is really demonstrated.
What brings me to email you is the continued excellent
service I received last Sunday from Martin Haggart. I had emailed him I the
morning after a leak had been discovered the night before. I had asked him to
come and have a look on Monday. But by the time he had made contact with me, he
was already planning to come to house, with humidifier and bring Nick the
plumber. I was in London for the day and when I got home that night, the room
was tidied and water back on. And it wasn’t even a problem resulting from the
kitchen work.
I can’t thank Martin enough. The ethos you have installed
in your team is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to
anyone looking for a new kitchen.
