Dear Diane,

Just a quick line to say a very big THANK YOU, to you and all your team for our fabulous new kitchen.  We have taken a little while before contacting you as we wanted to see how well our kitchen would function and fit into our lifestyle, needless to say it has been a tremendous success.  From our first contact with you we were impressed with your professionalism and desire to ensure that our kitchen was right for us and the space we had. 

As you know, we came to you when our plans for renovation and extension were at a very early stage and your input has been invaluable.  You saw possibilities and potential in our plans which we hadn’t thought of and your ideas were innovative and exciting, we couldn’t wait for the build to begin!!  When the build was delayed due to bad weather, putting back the kitchen installation by several months, you stored our kitchen without complaint, and for that we are extremely grateful. 

When the day arrived (finally), for the installation to go ahead, we can say without hesitation that the kitchen installation was the least stressful part of our entire build.  Martin and Stephen are such gentle giants, patient and precise and clearly take pride in the work they do.  The finished result is flawless and has provided us with our dream kitchen, which looks stunning and is superbly functional.  We must also thank John, who liaised so well with us throughout the waiting and installation period, he is always so friendly on the phone, and nothing is too much trouble.

Thank you once again, Diane and team, for creating and installing our dream kitchen and supplying our new build with the WOW factor.

We searched for a design team to work on our kitchen extension, Diane Berry was the 3rd kitchen designer that we spoke to, after speaking to Diane we stopped searching. Her professionalism and experience in the field was in a different league to the other designers we had encountered. Diane looked over our extension plans and helped us redesign the outlay to fully encompass all that we desired within our budget. Even giving advice on other areas of our extension plans. Any obstacle that they encountered was resolved quickly and professionally. Her team were exceptional as was their workmanship and completed the project on time. Without Diane and her team we wouldn't have the kitchen and living space that we so love today. A very friendly yet professional company, would recommend Diane Berry kitchens without any hesitation.

Just a note to express our sincere thanks for everything you have done regarding our new kitchen. This is the second kitchen you have designed for us this time surpassing the first which we thought would of been a tough call. However from the moment we approached you our needs and requirements where understood and translated  into a perfect environment that we love.

You even manage to know what we needed or didn’t and guided us towards the best possible outcome. I don’t think we are the easiest clients as both Mark and I agree on very little and with a grown up son also stating his opinions the individual requirements and expectations seemed impossible and difficult to re-produce however you exceed all our demands and expectations.

The individuality of our kitchen is demonstrated in the unique granite and appliances that you installed especially the hot water tap and the sparkling / filter water supply. You have also saved me from the toast crumbs that I despised giving a solution to an everyday nuisance.

Once installed you even managed to teach us how to get the best from our new appliances when we attended a cookery demonstration at your show rooms. Your attention to detail is enviable although it is your after sales service that has left us with the feeling of having made the best decision with regard to engaging your service.

Should we ever require another kitchen we will have no hesitation is asking you to design and supply.

We first learned about Diane Berry Kitchens through a feature in Lancashire Life magazine but never thought that we would be able to afford one of her innovative designs. Now thanks to Diane’s vision, knowledge and expertise together with the work of her excellent team we have our dream kitchen.

Having had an architect draw up plans for a kitchen extension, we visited numerous kitchen showrooms in search of a design that would meet our requirements – more accessible storage, additional work surfaces, a dining area and a utility space – all within a specified budget. Disappointed by the ideas suggested we visited Diane’s very stylish showroom and she immediately identified why we were having difficulty finding a design for the space available. Within 24 hours she had produced a revised design that both we and our architect recognised to be superior, so our search for a kitchen was over.

In order to understand our requirements and wishes Diane spent time talking to us about our lifestyle. She then patiently guided us through the process of choosing all the units, appliances, worktops, and other items; she really does have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the vast range of products available. Diane appreciated that we had a specific budget and was able to advise us on items where it was worth spending more, such as the Miele larder fridge and freezer, but then she also suggested areas where savings could be made.

Once the building work started, Carl made regular visits to check that the builders’ work accurately matched the plans; this ensured that there were no problems with the kitchen installation.  John kept us well informed about when items or fitters were arriving and Ian then did a first class job carefully fitting our lovely new kitchen.  All Diane’s team share her high standards and like her were quick to identify any imperfections in the products supplied, these were then promptly rectified.

Thanks to Diane and everyone at Diane Berry Kitchens we now have a stunning, stylish yet practical kitchen where it is a pleasure to spend time and where it is a delight to prepare meals, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
